2B Square Gallery is pleased to present a duo exhibition “The Perfect Imbalance” by Hong Kong ceramic artist Amanda Tong and Japanese artist Asato Ikeda. Despite their diverse origins, both artists discovered their profound love for ceramics at a young age and have since utilized porcelain as their primary medium for artistic expression.

Each artwork showcased in this exhibition embodies a delicate dance between fragility and strength, simplicity and complexity, symmetry and spontaneity - reflecting a philosophy of embracing the natural rhythm, while finding the harmonious balance that arises within the creative process.

A unique selection of sakes has been thoughtfully chosen by Suzu Wine HK to be tasted alongside the artworks. Please join us on a sensory journey as you explore the interplay between form, colours, and the nuanced flavours and aromas that emanate from each sakeware creation.
