貨品一般會在確認付款後三個工作天內出貨 （不包括星期日及公眾假期）。假日及非工作天將不會處理訂單，我們會留待下個工作天進行處理。如有特別狀況影響出貨進度，將作另行通知。

Orders will be processed within 3 working days after successful payment. Orders received on Sunday, public holidays, or after office hours will be processed on the next business day. If the delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when in a special situation, an alternative delivery date will be announced.

1. 免費送貨服務 Free Shipping

本地網上訂單凡購物滿港幣 $10,000 ，可獲免費送貨服務。
Free shipping within Hong Kong area on orders over HKD$10,000. 

購物港幣 $10,000 以下則會使用順豐快遞服務或公司專業送貨團隊，
送貨服務按如下收費:
For orders below HKD$10,000, we provide SF Express service or by own experienced delivery team with the following charges:

順豐快遞配送時間約 2 - 5 個工作天。送貨服務不適用於郵政信箱及酒店。送貨服務範圍包括香港區、九龍區、新界區及大嶼山。如需送貨至馬灣、愉景灣及其他離島地區，收取送貨服務費每訂單港幣600元。

The estimated shipping lead time of SF Express is about 2 - 5 days. Delivery to postal box or hotel is not accepted. Delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Lantau Island. An extra delivery fee of HK$600 is charged for each destination regardless of the amount of purchase if customer requires delivery service to Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and other outlying Islands.
