Please note that setup services and attendance assistants are not included but can be provided upon request. The gallery typically operates from 11 AM to 6 PM. If your event requires alternative hours, we can explore options to accommodate your needs.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required in cash or via bank transfer within one week of your provisional reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due one month before the start date of use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 3 months: 50% of the rental fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation within 1 month: 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
