Porcelain Noodle Clipper by Chris Lo 羅士廉

Born in Hong Kong, Chris graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong's Department of Fine Arts in 1990 and currently resides in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He has been engaged in ceramic art for over thirty years, creating works that include sculptural ceramics, installation art, and functional objects. His works are collected by institutions including the Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Hong Kong Museum of Cultural Heritage, the Beijing Historical Museum, the Kohlor Art Center in the U.S., the Japan Ceramic Art Forest, and various private collectors.

Chris’ themes revolve around the relationship between people, objects, and time and space. Through natural, minimalist forms and textures, he expresses his unique passion and creativity, revealing his reflections and understanding of everyday life and the spiritual world.
